All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Order value
- Delivery location
- Weight/volume of the shipment
Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotional campaigns.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 business days
Remote areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment in real-time through the provided link.

6. Packaging & Handling

All products are carefully packed to ensure maximum protection and hygiene, especially for dental and medical-grade items.
Fragile items are securely cushioned to avoid transit damage.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, Grabdent is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier partner issues
- Natural calamities
- Government restrictions or strikes

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos of the package and product
We will review and arrange for a replacement or resolution at the earliest.

9. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
