  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on:
    • Order value
    • Delivery location
    • Weight/volume of the shipment
  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotional campaigns.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your shipment in real-time through the provided link.

6. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are carefully packed to ensure maximum protection and hygiene, especially for dental and medical-grade items.
  • Fragile items are securely cushioned to avoid transit damage.

7. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive for timely delivery, Grabdent is not liable for delays caused by:
    • Courier partner issues
    • Natural calamities
    • Government restrictions or strikes

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order ID
    • Photos/videos of the package and product
  • We will review and arrange for a replacement or resolution at the earliest.

9. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
